We have introduced German Brückner BOPP film equipment, British ATLAS large slitting machines, German Jkampe small slitting machines, British ATLAS small slitting machines, and Japanese Kataoka small slitting machines, which are mainly used for the production of BOPP heat-sealable cigarette shrink films.
Equipment for Innovative Resealable Package Production
Our resealable packaging production line is equipped with flexographic printers, die-cutting and waste removal machines, gravure printers, solvent-free laminators, slitters, and an integrated label die-cutting and inspection machine, which is the third-generation model developed in-house by SN. This machine boasts high automation and intelligence, with a speed adjustable between 30 to 80 M/min to cater to various product requirements.
Equipment for Anti-counterfeit Film Production
We have introduced laser embossing machines from Guangdong Sanjian Technology and Guangdong Sanling, as well as self-developed plating equipment, for the production of transparent anti-counterfeit films with laser holographic patterns.
Equipment for Coated Film Production
We have introduced a four-head coating machine from Guangdong Huaying to produce coatings using water-based and solvent-based emulsions as the coating materials, achieving film properties such as high barrier, boil resistance, and high slipperiness.

SN is equipped with a laboratory certified by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and has received ISO 19001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification, ensuring that every inspection and calibration task is strictly controlled to international standards.
