Product Description

It is a biodegradable and eco-friendly film used for tobacco packaging, offering excellent moisture preservation, barrier properties, and optical clarity, while also contributing to sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact.

Application

BOPLA film is compatible with all wrapping machines and is ideal for use as individual small packs and carton overwraps.

Key Features

  • Made from bio-based materials, fully biodegradable, low carbon, and environmentally friendly.

  • High transparency, low haze, excellent surface glossiness, and outstanding printing performance.

  • Excellent processing properties, with good stability in folding and knotting retention.

  • Excellent hot slip performance.

  • Good low-temperature heat sealing performance, with a wide sealing temperature range.

  • Excellent thermal shrinkage performance, ensuring tight bonding of the film after packaging.

  • Exhibits good mechanical properties, with tensile strength significantly higher than ordinary biodegradable films, approaching that of traditional BOPP films.

Degradable Products

01 Degradable Single/Double-Sided Heat-Seal Packaging Film

A substitute for traditional non-degradable plastic films such as BOPP and BOPET in the field of single/double-sided heat-seal packaging films.

Properties Research :

  • Heat-seal strength ≥ 3.5N/15mm;

  • Thickness between 20-45μm, with an average thickness deviation controlled within ±4%;

  • Film haze ≤ 3%.

02 Degradable Tape Base Film

A substitute for traditional non-degradable plastic films such as BOPP In the field of tape base films.

Properties Research:

  • Coating and drying process to control film shrinkage (at 120℃, 2min) ≤ 3%;

  • Film haze ≤ 2%;

  • Surface tension of the adhesive side ≥ 38mN/m.

03 Degradable Transparent Cigarette Packaging Paper

A substitute for BOPET and regenerated cellulose films in the market.
BOPET is non-degradable and does not align with environmental protection principles. Regenerated cellulose films tend to absorb moisture and deform during use, affecting the appearance of cigarettes.

Properties Research:

  • Adhesive bond strength between the film and glue to meet usage requirements;

  • Haze < 2%;

  • Packaging speed ≥ 8000 cigarettes/min.
